Generally, we will send the items as soon as possible once your payment is completed.

We do not guarantee delivery time on all international shipments due to differences in customs clearing times in individual countries, which may affect how quickly your product is inspected.

We ship anywhere in the world so it will depend on your country of residence and not all of our merchandise ships from the same location such as the United States, Europe, China, Australia, etc… It may take anywhere from 5 – 10 business days on average. This is highly dependent on the customs and import process in your country.

* For orders that come from the USA, we will use DHL eCommerce or DHL for shipping, and the package usually reaches your hand within 5 – 10 working days (depending on different states).

2. Delivery Time:

a. DHL usually takes 3-7 working days(not including holidays and weekends).
b. DHL eCommerce usually takes 6-15 working days(not including holidays and weekends).
c. PostNL usually takes 12-25 working days(not including holidays and weekends).
d. ePacket usually takes 7-21 working days(not including holidays and weekends).
e. UPS usually takes 4-7 working days(not including holidays and weekends).

Sometimes it may be delayed by many unsteady factors like customs, flights, weather, etc. which are uncontrollable.

Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delays in the delivery. Please be patient and you will receive the parcel.
